Terms and conditions
Please read the terms and conditions for shopping in our store:
1. Application
- These conditions apply to all agreements you make with Lummi + Co.
- Lummi & Co owns and operates www.lummiandco.com.au and www.lummiandco.co.nz. For the purposes of these terms and conditions they will be referred to as the 'web shop'.
- By ordering you accept these Terms + Conditions.
2. Conclusion of the agreement
- You order through the web-shop of Lummi & Co by completing the ordering and payment process.
- We are entitled to refuse an order or to attach specific conditions to the order.
- If Lummi & Co cannot verify your address the order will not be accepted.
- The agreement comes into effect after the order confirmation by email from Lummi & Co is sent.
3. Prices and costs
- The prices in the lummiandco.com.au web shop include 10% Australian GST and prices in the lummiandco.co.nz webshop do not include 15% New Zealand GST.
- The prices in the web shop do not include shipping and administration charges.
- The shipping charges applied for each order are for orders shipped within Australia & New Zealand (with the exception of orders made with a free shipping promotion.)
4. Delivery
- Lummi & Co handles the reception of the order and shipping of the products with greatest possible care.
- Orders (meaning paid orders) are shipped as soon as possible in order of entry.
- Usually delivery takes place 2 to 10 working days depending on your location in Australia or New Zealand after placing the order.
- Lummi & Co is not responsible for any damage whatsoever caused by exceedance of the advertised delivery times.
5. Right of withdrawal
- There is a 7 days sighting period for all your purchases.
- In this period you’re entitled to the right of withdrawal; this means you have the possibility to return the received goods.
- In this case you will have to contact us via email: admin@lummiandco.com.au.
- We will transfer the amount to be refunded into your bank account within 30 days of agreement and reception of the returned goods.
- In case of receiving a wrong item, faulty item or a misdirected order you have to return the unused item(s) within 7 days to Lummi & Co. In this case we will repay the return fee.
6. Transportation warranty In case of external damage to the package you have received, before opening it please take a photo of it and send it to us via email. 7. Privacy
- By placing an order you allow Lummi & Co to use your personal data if needed.
- Your personal data will only be kept to the extent necessary in order to realise the goals wherefore the personal data are obtained and processed by Lummi & Co.
- Besides realising the agreement this also includes realising marketing purposes and maintaining a customer relationship with you.
- Your personal data will not be shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
- You have the right to access and correct your personal data at all times, in conformity with the Data Protection Act.
- A request to inspect your personal data can be made through the contact page of this website.
8. Complaints and consumer protection
- Should you be dissatisfied with the products or services of Lummi & Co please do not hesitate to contact us.
- If you have a complaint about delivered goods please contact us within 14 days of the defect occurring.
- In case of any possible complaints or problems we would like to solve them in the best possible way.
9. Payment
- For retail and trade orders you can pay the amount due via Paypal.
- After receiving your payment we will proceed with the shipment.
10. Liability
- Other than in the case of the liability insurance covering and paying out the damage, Lummi & Co accepts no liability to you.
- Except for the above mentioned cases the liability is limited to no more than the purchase of the relevant item(s.)
- Lummi & Co is never liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
